Work with MIS and other departments to ensure current and future plans with respect to network server systems are inter-operable, accurate, valid, and meet the client's mission requirements.

Establish and maintain standard operating procedures and checklists for these functions

Provides trouble call coordination and technician support.

Provide Network Status Report that will include information on the Network’s system availability and health, security incidents/virus attacks, LAN/WAN bandwidth utilization (internal and external), configuration management changes, file space utilization, software and/or hardware errors and corrective action taken or recommended, and project updates

Software Application Responsibilities

Coordinating with the Operations Software Manager to ensure that there are enough valid licenses for the number of systems loaded

Submits purchase requests through appropriate personnel for procurement

Ensures that all data for software support is maintained in the Software Database
