Description of Work
SEI has supported HU for the past several years. Working closely with the Automated Data Processing Division of Research and Budget, SEI is responsible for furnishing TurnKey Networking Services and General ADPE Technical Support and Training.

SEI Designs, Installs, Instructs and Supports Local Area Networks (LAN) for HU. SEI installs WIN NT, in a Windows 2000 environment. SEI is responsible for installing and configuring Network Servers and Workstations. SEI provides training & support to HU technical personnel regarding Windows 2000 Active Directory for Systems Administrators.

SEI performs General ADPE Maintenance & Repair Service including all intervening repair calls. SEI provides an 8-hour response time, loaner equipment, management reports, and schedules Preventive Maintenance visits for various PCs and peripherals.

SEI provides Instructor and materials in support of Software Application Training requirements. Students receive Introductory and Advanced Training.
