SEI offers on-site corrective and preventive maintenance/repair services for various PCs and peripherals. Additionally, SEI performs maintenance on variety of Mini, Mainframe, and Fax equipment including, but not limited to: IBM, Compaq, Dell, Hewlett-Packard, SUN, Fujitsu and others. The maintenance services SEI provides to clients include:

• Emergency Response Time

• Standard Response

• Warranty on replacement parts

• Technical Documentation

• Annual and/or Time & Material maintenance contracts

• Disaster Recovery

  Equipment Repair

• Repair, move, install and test all computer related equipment

• Support hardware, software, printers, scanners, laptops and other standard computer devices

• Specialized Equipment - teleprompter systems, military field training exercises (FTX) equipment

• Basic user instruction

• Development and testing of all PC operating system and program configurations

• On-site or depot level repair service

• On-line service requests - paperless environment processing

• Equipment service contracts available (currently 5000 pieces of equipment ($5M) under SEI service contracts)
